Space planning, joinery, lighting and materials, drawn properly and detailed to build from. You get drawings a contractor can price, not a mood board.

Furnishing & FF&E
Sourcing, procurement and install — furniture, textiles, lighting, art, the last cushion. We buy at trade and pass the terms to you.

Turnkey fit-out
One contract from empty shell to handover: build, joinery, MEP coordination, furnishing, styling. One number, one programme, one team to hold responsible.

Styling & handover
The last ten per cent that makes the difference — dressing, photography, and a home that is genuinely ready on the day you said it would be.

HOMESOUT runs a rental marketplace and the property management system behind it. So when we specify a sofa for a chalet you intend to let, we are not guessing at how it survives eighty guests a season — we manage homes like yours and we can see it.
Specified to survive letting
Performance fabrics, replaceable parts, finishes that photograph well and clean fast. Beauty that needs babying is not beauty you can rent.
Costed against the nightly rate
We will tell you when a finish will not pay for itself. A specification that never returns its cost is a specification we talk you out of.
Handed over ready to earn
Photographed, listed, and — if you want — managed. The gap between "finished" and "earning" is usually months. We close it.
